Sorry for the delayed post, it's been a busy week here in Porto! Went on a walking tour of some of the older districts of Porto today, and the sights were incredible. We started out by visiting several areas around the central downtown area including the infamous "Torre" or AKA the highest point in Porto:
Afterwards, we explored some side streets and ventured into non-tourist area where we encountered mostly locals in their home "barrios":
After a bit of a hike up some hills, I managed to get a panoramic shot of Porto including the River D'oro and the bridge to Villa Nova de Gaia:
The sights were truly something else, we ended up finally visiting the oldest cathedral in Porto, which was incredibly beautiful:
That's all for now, apologies for the tardiness between this post and the last it had been a hectic week of classes and other activities here in Porto, but please, stay tuned! There is so much more to come!
